  • What do I do after I've purchased a design?
    1. Login to your Account and go to "Design List". The design you ordered will be shown in the right-hand section; click "Design this site".
    2. From the next page, download content upload instructions and follow the instructions for inputting your website content.
    3. Upload your files.
    4. Our designing and programming team will start to work on your project as soon as possible.
  • How do I communicate with designers during the development process?
  • We offer two basic communication tools at any one time.
    1. Message Board
    2. Chat Online.
    3. You will be given a direct cell phone to your project manager to communicate any questions or requests at anytime.
  • Can I change the pictures or the animation in the design?
    • Absolutely, This site will fully represent the vision of your company. We will provide you with the tools to do so.
  • Do you offer customized design service?
    • Definitely. Please send us your site requirements and we will provide you with a quote.
  • Can I update web content after the site is up and running?
    • Yes, prosopo.com offers a site maintenance service. For an annual maintenance fee, you can make unlimited changes to your site content with assistance from our account management team. However, the maintenance fee does not include adding additional pages or making structural changes to the site.
  • How do I upload the finished site to my hosting service?
    • You may use FTP features from our site. After completion of the design, click the FTP button at your current design. Our server will ftp the whole site to your hosting service.** You can also download the entire site, then log in to your hosting service and use an FTP software to upload your website to your hosting service. **You need your FTP username and password. Please contact your hosting service for this login information.
  • Do you design e-commerce sites?
    • Of course! Contact our customer service representative today. Based upon the requirements your provide, we will give you a quote and timeline for the job. As always, we guarantee your satisfaction!
  • How to Register
    1. We recommend you to register with us first, Please register an account with us.
    2. Tell us about existing sites you like. This is important for us to understand what your tastes are. We have a list of professional pre-designed sites for your viewing pleasure. After making your choice Prosopo will begin the first round of web pages.
  • Please Note:
    1. The website design is unique, and we do not sell the same website design to any other customers.
    2. Once we begin the design process, it will be locked under your account.
    3. Before you decide to place your order, please read carefully about terms and conditions and pricing for optional items.
  • Phases to Build Your Professional Website:
    1. Update your site content and graphics by using message board online or email to contact our designers.
    2. Two (2) days later our designers will pre-devise a sample template and add your content to it as JPG images for your consideration. If you have any suggestions, we will modify it until meet all your satisfaction.
    3. Next step is to design flash animation and finalize the html web page. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on schedules, feed back and site design.
    4. Once the above tasks are completed, our designers will install the program system to your website including ASP/ASP.net/PHP/Database if you require them.
    5. Congratulations! When you get to this phase, you will have a brand new professional website design in 5 days. Under your account, go to design list and follow the instructions to upload your website content in Microsoft Word or .pdf format. Should you have any questions or requests, the message board is a powerful and convenient tool to communicate with our designers
